Holly Grove Mansion - Charleston, WV

Constructed in 1815 and listed on the National Register of Historical Places, DLM Decisions has carefully worked with the design team to assist with the renovations of such a historical building and ensure the work is effective, efficient, accurate, and under budget.  DLM Decisions provided various services for this project such as preliminary budgeting, construction feasibility, discovery probes and assisted with the structural assessment.  With the aid of our experience, knowledge, tools, and services, Holly Grove Mansion will continue to be a cornerstone to the West Virginia State Capitol Complex for many years to come.
